Salad is one of the healthiest things you can have but some are so boring. That is why we love it so muchhhhhh. Our simple dressing is made of two components a dash of walnut oil and sesame sauce. We love Japanese sesame sauce as it is such an amazing flavour and can fit with so many proteins that will be accompanied by your salad. IT IS SO GREAT WE SWEAR and it goes great with your salad. With nuts, it gets elevated even more as all the walnuts texture matches harmoniously. NOT TO MENTION THE GREAT HEALTH BENEFITS.

With spinach being jam-packed with vitamins while potentially benefiting your eyes, maintaining oxidative, and also lowering risk of cancer and blood pressure issues. Cherry tomatoes are also filled with vitamin, and then cheese provides protein as well. The walnut is the superhero though as we said as it brings a huge mix of benefits as they improve your qi especially in your kidneys. While also having been proven to be great for weight-loss as it aids your digestion and gut. Not only that but it can reduce risk of cancer and diabetes 2, enhance your blood pressure, and is a great source of Omega-3, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories. WOWIE so please try our salad asap because it is so delicious and simple, and a great way to try walnuts!

Ingredients

-Spinach

-Walnut

-Cheese

-Cherry tomato

-Walnut oil

-Sesame sauce

Recipe

1. In a bowl put all solid ingredients together to the amount of your liking

2. Pour a teaspoon of walnut oil then an amount of sesame sauce that is enough to lightly dress your salad

3. Mix it thoroughly and serve!
