Another classic dish from Asia, this one is very straight up and the flavour is accentuated with fish balls of all sorts! The garnishes are simple yet delightful with spring onion and preserved veggies. This dish has been eaten as a simple meal or snack as street food and is most people from Hong Kong's casual choice. Simply put it can be considered as the Hong Kong working man's equivalent of an American with their hamburger. Without further ado here we go!

Ingredients
Assorted fish balls/fish tofu
Preserved Veggies
Spring onion sliced
Rice Noodles
Seafood broth/ fish soup(We prefer to make fish soup but seafood broth gives it a more street food feel that is more classic)
Recipe
Using a pot boil the seafood broth or fish soup along with fish balls/tofu
Once boiling put in the rice noodles and cook for however long the package says
When you are a minute away put your spring onions and preserved veggies in
Once finished cooking pour into a bowl and garnish with a bit more preserved veggies and a pinch of spring onions
Serve! So Easy right?
We hope you try this easy recipe with us today at San Living
