Setting a high Goji-bar - Goji Week

We love the ideas of bars because of how simple, quick and easy they are to eat on the go. Whether it is eating on your way to work, during work or just as a snack anytime of the day; it is so easy and filling in a way. They are so convenient, healthy and have so much versatility for your any day. We love how you can make them gluten-free, dairy-free or adjust for any situation. With so many seeds, and fruits; the possibilities can be endless. Furthermore, there are so many nutritional benefits too, depending on how you make yours. There are many recipes out there and of course you can buy some online as well. Without further ado here is our recipe!

Ingredients

-2 large bananas

-3 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter

-90 ml almond milk (sweetened)

-90 grams blueberries(fresh or frozen)

-20 grams goji berries

-3 tablespoons of honey

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-1 teaspoon baking powder

-1 teaspoon cinnamon

-2 tablespoons milled flaxseed mix (choose any! We love Linwoods)

Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180F

2. Add an anti-stick formula in (grease or whatnot) and then line a 9x9 tin with baking paper

3. Blend bananas, peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla until fluid/smooth

4. Add flaxseed, cinnamon, goji berries and a portion of oats then keep blending

5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them and smooth out after pouring in the tin

6. Bake for around 20 to half an hour until they are golden/hardened

7. Enjoy
