Another fun and easy way to try Goji is through juice! Juice is one of our favourite mediums in general due to fun nature of any type of juice with its natural flavour. Juice is such a great way to get your vitamins and are also super customizable to your own preferences. Add along the fact goji berries are such a unique tasting fruit which is considered a superfood? Consider us in! They say an ounce a day of Goji berries keeps the bad health away! At least we did but it has been said that an ounce reduces arthritis pain and lowers your blood pressure as well!
Goji berry juice has been known to give many of the benefits we love about this superfood. It can reduce arthritis pain, lower blood pressure and even keep your skin youthful as mentioned before in our other articles! With an ounce of goji, there is so much iron that it is more than a full steak.We would like to keep this drink recipe nice and short so here we go!
1. With a blender put in around 1.5-2.5 cups of goji berries(No stems and fresh), half of berries amount of water (if 2 cups of berries=1 cup of water), a dash of salt.
2. Blend at a faster setting, add more water if too thick
3. Enjoy!
We love the beauty of simplicity of this juice and it is such a great way to get healthier even if just marginally. It has such a unique taste and allows for much customization as you can add strawberries, blueberries, kiwis or even mangoes to enjoy it more!
