Hot Vanilla - Cinnamon Week

One of the simplest drink recipes you can even think of; this contains just four ingredients and very little fat. It is sweet and a great alternative to hot chocolate while having great vanilla and cinnamon flavour. This is like a simplified chai tea latte, while also being delightful in its own way. In small amounts, cinnamon can protect you from heart and brain diseases while also giving you many anti-inflammatories, anti-oxidants and more. All these will allow you to have lower blood sugar and even defend yourself against infections whether bacterial or fungal, and can even fight against cancer properties. Keeping it with the simple theme, let us just dive in to it!

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Cinnamon (a teaspoon per cup, depending on how spicy you like it)

  • Vanilla Extract (two teaspoons per cup)

  • Sugar (two teaspoons per cup)

Recipe

  1. Stir everything together in the milk

  2. Either quickly boil it if you are using a pot or microwave it quickly in a mug that is safe

  3. Serve! See simple as that!
