Fried Lily Bulb and Vegetables- Lily Bulb week

A popular way of making vegetables in Asian cultures is to fry it and it is such a simple but delicious way to eat! With all the ingredients being light and adjustable to be vegetarian (just exclude the beef), this dish is so fragrant and healthy. The Goji berry and lily bulbs both pack a punch with amazing health properties which sooth the body. This dish gives many health benefits such as better sleep, mental health and even a better immune system work. With the Goji berries you can improve your eyes, blood sugar, and boost your blood work. While lily bulbs can prevent diarrhea, help with heart palpitations, and alleviate fever symptoms!


We love this due to the simplicity of the whole dish and how light it can be. The colours that can come out of the dish can be so stunning, especially if you add Goji berries. Ingredients 1 small bunch of asparagus 2 fresh lily bulbs Accessories 3-5 Goji 1 teaspoon of starch Proper amount of oil Salt amount

Beef (optional)

Recipe

1. If you got the Lily bulb fresh first remove the rough part and leave the skin, which basically leaves only the delicate part

2. Prepare the rest of the raw ingredients other than the beef, such as washing

3. Boil water then add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil. Put the asparagus and lily in it and blanch it, remove the asparagus once it changes colour 4. Run the asparagus and lily under cold water 5. Heat some hot oil in the pan, add the asparagus and lily which are boiled and stir fry 6. Add a suitable amount of salt to season after a few stirs for your stir fry and add beef 7. Add a little more water and starch to thicken it, place it in the dish, and put the Goji Berry on the surface if you like. 8. Enjoy!
