Also an anti-inflammatory, tumeric is also an anti-oxidant, lowers cholesterol even if you take the smallest amount. Banana is potassium packed, contain manganese that improves skin, and improve blood pressure. flax seed has tons of nutrients, omega 3, improve cholesterol and can lower blood pressure. Pineapple is anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant as well, while both it and lemon are packed with vitamin c.

We love this recipe because it such a crazy taste and is great for breakfast or on the way to work. It has sweetness, a kick, a thicker texture, and is completely unique in comparison to other smoothies. Ingredients

2 oranges 1 larger carrot 1 banana 1/3 cup water 2 ginger thinly sliced 2 tablespoons flax seed 1 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup pineapple 1/4 teaspoon turmeric ice to taste (optional)

Recipe

1. Blend all, blend in ice during that time to give a different texture!

2. Serve
