The perfect accompaniment to your meal, this is the classic way to make carrots compared to our previous sous-vide recipe. These are a staple in so many meals and can be found made different ways in restaurants by Gordon Ramsay, Joel Robuchon, and Wolfgang Puck among others. These can be caramelized, glazed, sauteed but this is our take on how to make them! These are so simple and we believe in the abilities of carrots health wise as well!
With an abundance of health benefits such as better skin, eye and intestinal health, and even the ability to help regulate blood pressure; carrots are an absolute gem. We love how many times such as with our salmon dish last night, you are just wondering what to accompany it with. These carrots can mix and match with many other vegetables to go with whatever you are cooking that night. Best of all the vibrant colours make our meals even more appealing! We hope you try this classic with us today at San Living!
