Milk is one of the most commonly accessed ingredients in many peoples' lives. However, with the uptake in popularity for a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, or whether it is an allergy to dairy; we are seeing more people opt of a soy based milk. But did you know there is such thing as walnut milk?

Walnut milk in comparison to soy milk tastes quite different with even a hint of saltiness detected. It is stereotypically gluten free, dairy free, kosher and of course vegan as well. When consuming your risk of heart disease can also potentially go down. This drink is also extremely new compared to even nut-based milk drinks which is part of what we love as we try new things. It also is versatile much like any milk and can be incorporated into recipes such as banana bread, cakes and more! The next time you head out to buy soy milk or regular milk, we definitely recommend you trying to be positive and exploring a brand new option in walnut milk!
