Coffee. A cup of joe. The strong punch that many people opt with in order to stay awake whether it is at work or an event, is so commonly gotten that people spend thousands and thousands of dollars every year on them. Yet why is it so many people just get a plain old coffee instead of trying added cinnamon or other ingredients. Though most of us opt not to have coffee; when we do drink coffee, we love to add ingredients to our coffees, lattes and what not in order to boost the flavour. The littlest of actions such as even a dash can improve the flavour drastically and can even accent the bean flavour of the coffee.
Cinnamon can benefit you in so many ways such as potentially preventing potential diseases in regards to your heart and brain. Not only that but it comes with many anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories, and insulin regulators! With the ability to lower blood sugar and aid with diabetic issues; it can counteract some of the harm that can come with coffee. Finally it can even fight against HIV, cancer and even plain old fungal or bacterial infections! That is why it is our recommendation to accompany your coffee with a dash of cinnamon! The flavour of cinnamon is absolutely amazing with coffee and compliments it while heightening the taste too!
