Goji Masks!- Goji week

One of things we love at San Living is wellness and positivity. We believe that everyone deserves a pampering every now and then which could be a night out at a sporting game, a concert, a spa or whatever you may enjoy! One of the things that we find underrated is a facial mask. Whether it is a guy or a girl, we feel that you should try using face masks at least once in your life. Despite the stigma, for many "machismo" men, you really gotta try it whether it is with your girlfriend, boys or what not. It is such a relaxing thing to do after work or school or even just a long day. It is a great way to keep your skin nice and youthful and with so many people now taking the leap to take better care of themselves. We believe trying new things is a huge part of life, and the reason life will open up and become more enjoyable for anyone. Being in discomfort may be difficult but some of the greatest experiences we have had are due to risk taking.

There are so many reasons that Goji masks are so great for the skin. They have Vitamin A which keeps skin more radiant while the two types of Vitamin B maintains moisture and prevents wrinkles. Carotenoids also prevent wrinkles along with protecting your skins health and also Goji berries also allow your vision to better protected against UV. Vitamin C provides collagen with allows our skin to stay strong and elastic while Polysaccharides protect the skin from pollutants and retain moisture once again. Finally Zinc produces more collagen, and amino acids protect against UV rays as well. With all these great reasons to have Goji berries for your skin, why not try it through a facial mask. Without further ado, heres our recipe for it down below!

Recipe? Mix?

1. Add around 3 to 5 goji berries, and around 4 teaspoons of water and let them soak for around 17.5 minutes give or take a minute

2. Mash it and add a 1/4 teaspoon of honey

3. After washing your face and it is clean, lather it evenly on face

4. Enjoy for 15 min

5. Take/Rinse off
