Due to how they are grown; they are actually very easy to pick and you grab so many without even bending! This makes it great for family activities with the hight as both kids and parents of all ages can pick themselves whereas with fruits such as strawberries may be more difficult for older folks.They are such a nice balance between acidic and sweet as they offer a bite sized delight to your day.

As we have said with most summer fruits they are a great cooling and fight against yang energies in order to put your body at ease. As a result they help a lot with stress related issues.
